Phil Piccolo
Phil Piccolo is an internet marketer who has been involved in many
different MLM ventures, most of which have proven to be questionable in
their morals, ethics, or integrity.
These include MLM Bank, aaTCM.com,
OneSource, Magic Shower, PowerHealth,
PrivatePage, Travelogia.com, ReferEveryone.
com and many others.
Phil
Piccolo has been referred to as "The Man You Can't Trust" for his
alleged tendency to start up companies, take people's money and then
run.
It has also been alleged that Phil Piccolo has
begun businesses under the aliases of Johnny
D'Angelo, Felix Angelo, Joseph Stevens and
Jim Spellacy.
Phil Piccolo appears to engage in recruitment tactics
that are very sleazy and has been know to
indulge in questionable MLM pyramid schemes.
There have also been complaints from people who have tried to get a
refund from Phil Piccolo that he was not only rude in his
communications with them, but also threatened them.
Phil
Piccolo has also been at odds with many other internet marketers,
well-known MLM representatives and reviewers. It would appear that the
vast majority of people who have signed up with Phil Piccolo in any of
his various opportunities have lost money promoting products that are
at best useless and at worst don't even exist.
Lets take a look at some of Phil Piccolo`s past history
1990 to 1998;
Phil & Paul continue to BREAK all RECORDS... signing the 1st
MILLION DOLLAR recruiting contract in the History of MLM... He became
top leaders in Quorum, Nutrition For Life & One Source
Claiming
to be a "top leader" in Quorum and OneSource is a dubious achievement,
since both programs were blatant front-loading pyramid schemes that
crashed and left behind thousands of victims.
OneSource President Jim Fobair is a serial
scammer (and one of Phil's best friends) who's
Laundry CD scam was shut down by the FTC.
1998;
Phil acquires the rights to sell a Magnetic Shower Head & Liquid
Enhancer which sold $65,000,000 in Europe. Phil goes back into
consulting and supplies MLM companies with the product... V4L, NFL,
Matol and others...
Phil
has been selling these goofy "Magic Shower" magnets for years. In each
new MLM program he infiltrates, he finds a way to sell "Magic Shower"
magnets.
In OneSource with Jim Fobair he sold them as
OneSource "Shower Magnets". Phil says he
"supplies MLM companies with the product";
what he really does is use each company's
existing down line to market his worthless
magnets directly
Now lets jump up to 2006 and see what Phil Piccolo has been up to lately.
2006 July 30th,
With 87,000 people in 4-Ecorp and 93,000 in
AATCM doing over TEN MILLION DOLLARS in
both companies in just 90 DAYS.
(6 million with 4-Ecorp & 4 million with AATCM)
both products did not perform the way the
manufacturer promoted it...
Both ventures failed...
HOWEVER Phil's Recruiting Systems Proved to
be #1 TWICE
AGAIN... Bogus numbers for bogus companies with bogus products - the
classic Phil Piccolo M.O. As for Phil's infamous "recruiting systems",
the number of VICTIMS left in Piccolo's wake over the past ten yeas far
exceeds the number of recruits he can currently bring in to any new
opportunity.
It
would appear that the vast majority of people who have signed up with
Phil Piccolo in any of his various opportunities have lost money
promoting products that are at best useless and at worst don't even
exist.
All this leads me to believe that Any MLM program that Phil Piccolo is involved with, in any capacity, is a scam in progress."
And the corollary is:
Any MLM program that ALLOWS Phil Piccolo to be involved in any capacity is a scam in progress.
There are NO exceptions.
